About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Cloud Testing Engineer with deep knowledge of IPV6 and hands-on experience across Public Cloud Infrastructures, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will focus on developing lab testing frameworks, validating expected test performance on IPV6 and dual-stack networking in cloud-native and enterprise environments. This role is crucial for designing test strategies and ensuring compliance with IPV6 readiness standards across public clouds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test strategies for IPV6 readiness across public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and maintain lab testing frameworks for IPV6 and dual-stack networking.
- Coordinate with other teams to gather certification requirements and translate them into detailed test plans.
- Execute test plans in a live lab environment, troubleshooting complex hardware/software problems.
- Provide escalation support to network operations, validating bugs, vulnerabilities, and workarounds.
- Document exposure/impact and present findings to the ENS forum for approval.
- Assist Operations in piloting solutions in production environments.
- Drive IPV6 validation across multi-cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Develop sophisticated test automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation tools.
- Test network DMZ designs, certify underlying hardware and software features, and enhance overall network security posture.
- Identify communication scenarios, create and execute testing, perform data gathering and analytics, and prepare design/deployment templates.
- Collaborate with highly skilled infrastructure engineers, architects, and senior management across multiple verticals.
- Ensure excellent written and verbal communication skills are maintained throughout all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ Years of experience with LAN/WAN network design, engineering, and feature testing/certification.
- CCIE/CCNP certified or equivalent level of experience.
- AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer, or GCP Cloud Network Engineer certifications are desired.
- 4+ years of experience with Cloud PaaS and/or IaaS (Azure, AWS).
- Well-versed in cloud networking solutions and understanding of cloud compute and related operating models.
- Must have a strong understanding of AWS constructs like VPC IPV6 addressing, Internet Gateway, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53; Azure: VNet IPv6, Azure Load balancer, IPV6 Express Route, NSGs, Azure Network Watcher; GCP: Cloud Routers, Google Access for IPv6, Cloud NAT64, Interconnect, VPC Flow Logs.
- 3+ years of IPV6 Networking and validation experience.
- Experience with building lab designs, certifying hardware and software products, and performing Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Strong knowledge of Networking technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS VPNs, VxLAN, Multicast.
- Well-versed in DMVPN, IPSEC and Encryption Standards, Network Security Experience on Cisco IOS-XE, Nexus Devices.
- Python Network programming knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in Agile process is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
