Job Description: Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This role involves developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a hybrid Selenium framework using Java and TestNG.
  • Integrate automation test suites into GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to define end-to-end test strategies within agile sprints.
  • Implement data-driven testing and reusable automation utilities to improve test stability and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to framework enhancements and best practices.
  • Participate daily in release readiness, build validation, and production support activities.
  • Work closely with release managers on every release to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Streamline build validation and release sign-off processes.
  • Own pre-release performance testing and ensure timely escalation of any performance regression as high-priority risks.
  • Lead daily defect triage with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and assign newly reported issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to review and validate pull requests, enabling early defect detection.
  • Coordinate regularly with offshore QA teams to track full functional test progress, discuss new updates, and define new test strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

This is an onsite position in Houston, TX, with a rate of $37/hr on C2C. Background and Meet and Greet are mandatory.

Salary: $76,960 – $76,960 per year
