Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful deployment aligned with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years in IT Project Management with 4+ years in ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (ITBM/SPM preferred)
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor management, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with business, technical teams, and developers
  • Drive requirements, solution design, and execution strategy
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployments, and governance
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CIS/CSA certification
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
  • Experience in enterprise-level implementations and integrations

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Atlanta, GA
