Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful deployment aligned with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years in IT Project Management with 4+ years in ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (ITBM/SPM preferred)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong stakeholder, vendor management, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation projects
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with business, technical teams, and developers
- Drive requirements, solution design, and execution strategy
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployments, and governance
- Provide regular status updates to leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow CIS/CSA certification
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
- Experience in enterprise-level implementations and integrations

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
