Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join a leading financial institution. This role requires a strong background in banking and finance, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience with JPMC (JP Morgan Chase) and SID. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable full-stack solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based backend services and APIs.
- Design and implement user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of the platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Java Fullstack Development.
- Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of recent experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Prior experience working with JPMC (JP Morgan Chase) and SID is highly preferred.
- Experience with other major financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, UBS, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, State Street, Morgan Stanley, Google, Meta, or Amazon is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
