Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing complex payroll engagements.
- Lead and manage ADP payroll implementation or transformation projects
- Own detailed project plans, task-level execution, and delivery governance
- Coordinate across business, HR, payroll, vendors, and technical teams
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution through follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with payroll processes, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience managing ADP payroll projects
- Deep understanding of payroll processes and systems
- Ability to operate at task-level detail while maintaining overall governance
- Strong execution, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Hands-on project management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar)
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes
- Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
- Knowledge of system integrations and data migration
- Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
- Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: $55 – $55 per year
