Job Description: SAP HCM Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise HR systems. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and compliant HR technology solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. You will drive HR digital transformation, manage integrations, and align technical architecture with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design: Build end-to-end architecture for HR systems including Employee Central, Payroll, and Core HR. Define data models and system blueprints.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead HR digital transformation initiatives and align technology with future-state HR processes.
  • Integration Strategy: Design integrations using SAP BTP and CPI, ensuring smooth data flow across HR, Finance, and external systems.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement role-based access (RBP) and ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and data protection standards.
  • Governance & Standards: Maintain Clean Core principles in S/4HANA and reduce technical debt and unnecessary customizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with HR leaders, IT teams, and executives to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Payroll & integrations.
  • Deep understanding of HR data models & compliance.
  • Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments.

Tech Stack:

  • Core Systems: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA
  • Other Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Excel (Advanced), OnePlan

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile & DevSecOps.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional/global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise.
  • This is a senior/architect-level role, focused more on system design, enterprise integration, and HR domain expertise, rather than a coding-heavy role.

Note: Must be local to Atlanta, GA. Hybrid role.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
