Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with expertise in RISE with SAP and the Oil & Gas domain to lead critical enterprise transformation and migration initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture, migration strategies, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical RAPID Discovery workshops and the creation of strategic roadmaps.
  • Facilitate architecture discussions and define transformation strategies for clients.
  • Manage and oversee Suite on HANA to S/4HANA migration initiatives.
  • Drive Hanatization and code remediation activities to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
  • Utilize the Custom Development Migration Worklist for efficient S/4 migration processes.
  • Define code pushdown strategies and optimization techniques for SAP solutions.
  • Guide technical teams on S/4HANA architecture best practices and Fiori configuration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for S/4HANA and Suite on HANA implementations.
  • Install and configure HANA Studio with ABAP development tools.
  • Work with the HANA Administration Console and various modeling tools.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements using HANA code pushdown techniques.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP.
  • Proven experience with Suite on HANA migrations and S/4HANA transformations.
  • Strong understanding of HANA configurations and SAP Batch Data Communication (BDC).

Nice to Have Skills:

  • RAPID Discovery leadership experience.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive architecture roadmaps.
  • Strong HANA modeling and development expertise.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Open SQL, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and Native SQL.
  • Experience with HANA SQL Script add-ons.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
