Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team for a 6-month contract role. This position is critical for overseeing the EPM reporting solution design and delivery, particularly during the SAP to Oracle conversion. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Oracle EPM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- EPM Solution Ownership: Own the design and delivery of the Oracle EPM reporting solution, ensuring it meets business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, close, and management reporting.
- Lead Requirements & Build: Guide requirements gathering and build decisions for the EPM system.
- SAP to Oracle Conversion Support: Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation during the transition from SAP to Oracle systems.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle EPM functionalities and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain EPM reports and dashboards to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant or Lead.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle Cloud EPM).
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with SAP to Oracle conversions is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience in a Lead role, guiding teams and projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an updated LinkedIn profile.
Employment Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. The role is primarily onsite in Houston, TX, with potential for video interviews for candidates not local to Houston.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
