Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AEM Content Author / Web Content Specialist for a long-term contract engagement in Parsippany, NJ. This onsite position is critical for maintaining and evolving the digital presence of our client, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation and editing to final publication, ensuring that all digital assets meet the highest standards of quality and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily content updates, page creation, and site maintenance using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 or AEM Cloud Service.
- Develop and manage modular content using Content Fragments and Experience Fragments to ensure consistency across multiple digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and UX teams to translate creative briefs into functional web pages.
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including uploading, tagging, and optimizing images, videos, and documents for web use.
- Ensure all web content is optimized for SEO, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and mobile responsiveness.
- Perform basic HTML and CSS editing to refine page layouts and troubleshoot minor display issues.
- Utilize integrated translation tools to manage and publish multilingual content for global audiences.
- Maintain content governance by using tools such as Claravine and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing on all content before deployment to production environments.
- Participate in sprint planning and status meetings to provide updates on content delivery timelines.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem.
- Proficiency in component-based authoring, template management, and workflow configuration.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 per year
