Role Overview: AEM Project Manager
Technostrides Inc. is looking for an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives for our premier clients in New York City. This senior-level role requires a strategic leader who can navigate the complexities of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem while managing large-scale project delivery. With a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, from initial scoping and resource planning to final deployment and post-launch optimization. This position demands a blend of technical depth, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Core Responsibilities and Strategic Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale AEM-based digital projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.
- Define comprehensive project scopes, detailed timelines, and resource allocation plans in close collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, cross-team dependencies, and rigorous change control processes to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Oversee multi-million dollar project budgets, providing accurate forecasts and tracking actual spend to ensure financial alignment with program goals.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to manage vendor contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and external partner relationships.
- Direct the implementation and integration of AEM across various web platforms, ensuring a cohesive digital experience.
- Coordinate with specialized technical teams to oversee the setup and optimization of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for data-driven decision making.
- Facilitate communication between technical developers, QA teams, UX designers, and non-technical business leaders to maintain project transparency.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain high team velocity and project momentum.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on project health, milestones, financial status, and potential roadblocks.
Technical Expertise and Domain Context
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite and how it integrates with modern cloud architectures like AWS or Azure. In the context of 2026, digital presence is the primary driver of business growth, particularly in regulated industries like Insurance. You will be expected to ensure that all Adobe solutions are aligned with complex business goals and stringent compliance standards. Qualifications and Professional Standards

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $240,000 per year (Estimated)
