Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to drive predictable, high-quality delivery across complex technology initiatives.
This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities, delivery ownership, agile coaching, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of digital and platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Team Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Lead for one or more cross-functional teams within P&C Insurance programs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety
Delivery Leadership & Predictability
- Own end-to-end sprint and release delivery, ensuring teams meet commitments
- Track and improve delivery using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency
- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage work items, track progress, and visualize dependencies
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers proactively
- Ensure alignment with business outcomes such as regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Governance teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth delivery execution
- Provide transparent reporting and status updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Agile Project Management / Scrum Master roles
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (MANDATORY)
- Proven track record in Agile delivery and release predictability
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
- Background in digital transformation or modernization programs
- Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per hour (Estimated)
