Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile and innovative AI/ML Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This role is designed for a developer who thrives at the intersection of robust software engineering and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that leverage the power of machine learning to deliver intelligent user experiences. Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js with TypeScript and Python, ensuring high performance and security.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML models and complex workflows into backend systems to enable features such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automated decision-making.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript, adhering to modern design principles and accessibility standards.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using industry-standard frameworks like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Orchestrate AI workflows in the cloud using Azure ML, ensuring seamless integration between data science experiments and production applications.
- Implement AI-driven functionalities using frameworks like LangChain and various JavaScript-based AI libraries to enhance application capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to translate research models into production-grade software solutions.
- Optimize application architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in a cloud-native environment.
Technical Qualifications
- Extensive experience in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using React and modern state management libraries.
- Proven experience in AI/ML integration, specifically with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Azure ML.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
