About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Avature Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Avature system for our client, TCS. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) configuration, workflow management, and HR technology platforms. This role requires the ability to support end-users, troubleshoot complex system issues, and collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system operations and continuous improvement. This is a long-term contract position based in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Avature system, including workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Document system configurations, requirements, and design decisions meticulously.
- Provide day-to-day support to HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations, working collaboratively with IT teams and vendors.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and releases, including comprehensive testing and validation.
- Maintain data integrity, system accuracy, and role-based security access to protect sensitive information.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging end-user training sessions.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and align with business needs.
- Participate actively in HR technology roadmap initiatives and projects, contributing to strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Avature Administrator.
- Strong experience in ATS configuration and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Avature configuration and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP ERP HCM and/or Workday HCM.
- Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and HR processes.
- Experience in managing integrations and data flows between systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions.

- Exposure to system integrations and HR data management.
