Job Summary:

Looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer / Java Tech Lead with a strong Java development background to design, build, and deliver POCs and scalable cloud solutions. The role involves end-to-end solutioning, AWS architecture design, and close collaboration with development teams for a large-scale digital transformation initiative (insurance domain).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AWS-based cloud solutions & POCs
• Provide end-to-end solution architecture (hands-on)
• Work closely with dev teams on design, code reviews, and implementation guidance
• Recommend optimized AWS service combinations for business use cases
• Drive modernization initiatives (contact center, bots, virtual agents)
• Strong focus on documentation, communication, and system analysis

Must-Have Skills:

• AWS Cloud (Solution Design, POCs, Architecture)
• Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Serverless / Backend: Python, Go (nice to have)
• Agentic AI / AI-driven solutions (preferred)
• Strong solutioning + analytical mindset

Technical Stack:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
• Messaging: Kafka
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux
• CI/CD: GitHub, GitLab
• Frontend: React, Redux, Node.js, AngularJS

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
