Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary AWS Senior Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge AIOps framework for our telecommunications network services. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional network operations into a self-healing, autonomous ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of cloud architecture, machine learning, and network engineering, utilizing the latest AWS innovations to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how AI can be applied to predict outages, optimize performance, and automate complex network management tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of an AIOps framework that integrates seamlessly with existing telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Deploy Amazon Bedrock to leverage foundational AI models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automated root cause analysis.
- Utilize Amazon Neptune and Graph Neural Networks (GNN) to model complex network topologies and identify potential points of failure in real-time.
- Implement agentic AI layers and frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and automated incident response within network operations.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine machine learning models that predict network outages before they impact customers.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS cloud environments using CloudFormation, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Evaluate and incorporate specialized AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into daily network operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation within the operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a primary focus on the AWS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML solutions within the telecommunications industry or a similarly complex domain.
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Neptune.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, telecommunications infrastructure, and ANO capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $240,000 per year (Estimated)
