Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Camunda Subject Matter Expert to lead, design, and implement business process automation solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards, workflow orchestration, and hands-on experience with Camunda’s suite of tools. You will play a critical role in modernizing and automating key business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions using Camunda.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain BPMN models, workflows, and decision tables.
- Integrate Camunda with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on BPM best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Camunda platform.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BPM Camunda SME or similar role.
- Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation principles.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM platform (modeling, development, deployment).
- Experience with Java and related technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience in the P&C insurance domain is preferred; finance domain experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Local resources only. P&C insurance domain preferred but finance domain experience can also be considered. Hybrid (3 days onsite).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
