Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with specific expertise in Cash Management and Payment systems to join our team for a remote contract position. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial liaison between our client community and the software development team, ensuring that all functional, system, and process requirements are clearly documented and understood. This role demands a proactive approach to gathering requirements through various methods, including interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use case development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating complex needs into actionable application and operational specifications.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to discern underlying client business requests and needs.
- Develop comprehensive functional, system, and process requirements documentation.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
- Lead project discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project lifecycle.
- Leverage expertise in cash management and treasury products and services to support project objectives.
- Provide technical knowledge and support for system integrations, anticipating and preparing for potential downstream impacts.
- Work effectively with diverse personalities and challenging stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on Cash Management and Payment systems.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills relevant to financial systems and integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with challenging personalities and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
Project Details
- This is a contract role, anticipated to run from February through November month-end, with potential extension to the end of the year.
- The position is 100% remote.
