Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with specialized expertise in SAP S/4HANA for a fully remote contract position. As organizations continue their digital transformation journeys in 2026, the transition to S/4HANA remains a critical priority. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into functional specifications within the SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business process owners to define the scope of S/4HANA enhancements and migrations.
- Perform gap analysis between legacy SAP ECC processes and standard S/4HANA functionalities to recommend best-practice solutions.
- Develop detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and process flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Signavio.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and ABAP developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test scripts and management of defect resolution.
- Facilitate change management activities by providing training documentation and support to end-users during the post-go-live phase.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables within a VMS-managed environment, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to compliance standards.
Technical and Professional Skills
The successful candidate must have a robust background in Business Analysis specifically within the SAP S/4HANA domain. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and possess excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across different time zones. Familiarity with S/4HANA modules such as FICO, MM, or SD is highly beneficial. Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems through technology are the hallmarks of this role.

This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be part of a dynamic team at Siri Info Solutions, supporting a major client through a VMS-driven engagement. The role requires a self-starter who can manage their own schedule while maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement with the broader project team. As a Business Analyst, your contribution will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SAP solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
