About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Data Architect and SQL Developer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an onsite position where you will play a key role in designing and developing robust data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional knowledge, hands-on development experience with SQL and ETL tools, and the ability to analyze complex codebases. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and support downstream system development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data architectures and solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Utilize ETL tools and applications to support data integration and transformation processes.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including architecture diagrams, mapping sheets, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Analyze and understand existing codebases to decode business logic for building downstream systems.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business domain teams.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with track leads and stakeholders.
- Understand demand-supply concepts (added advantage).
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the development process.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong cross-functional knowledge enabling effective collaboration across multiple technical and business domains.
- Hands-on development experience with strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with at least one ETL tool or application (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.).
- A solid understanding of project documentation, including architecture diagrams, mapping sheets, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex codebases.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with various track leads and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of demand-supply concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
