About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Sales Developer to join a client project. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the existing CRM implementation, ensuring its stability and optimal performance. Collaboration with product teams to enhance features and functionality will be a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
- Maintain and support existing CRM implementation ensuring stability and performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance features and functionality.
- Develop model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and custom components (plugins, workflows).
- Implement ALM using Power Platform Pipelines and manage CI/CD.
- Ensure secure configurations including roles, access control, and permissions.
- Create technical documentation and provide best practice guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.
- Proven knowledge of ALM, Power Platform Pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience designing secure, scalable CRM solutions.
- Excellent collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile or product-focused environments.
Additional Information:
This is a contract position located in Charlotte, NC, requiring a hybrid work model. Local candidates are preferred, and an F2F interview is mandatory. The bill rate is USD 55/hr.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $114,400 – $114,400 per year (Estimated)
