Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ETL Developer with a strong background in SSIS and SSRS to join our dynamic team. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a 6-month engagement with the potential for full-time employment. The role is based in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid work setup requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into data warehouses or other target systems.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the ETL pipeline.
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
  • Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for building robust ETL solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development.
  • Solid background in ETL design, development, and data integration methodologies.
  • Good understanding of SQL and database concepts, with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Experience with data warehousing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week in St. Louis, MO.
  • Contract to Hire: 6 months contract with potential for permanent placement.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Estimated)
