Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Fenergo (Fen-X) Configurator to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring the Fenergo Fen-X platform to support onboarding workflows, policies, regulatory rules, data models, and client journeys. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, compliance teams, UX designers, and developers in an Agile environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the Fenergo Fen-X platform to support onboarding, KYC, AML, and client lifecycle workflows.
  • Configure policies and journeys to support onboarding processes.
  • Customize rules, workflows, data models, and user interfaces using Fen-X configuration tools.
  • Collaborate with business and compliance teams to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain entity types, attributes, document checklists, risk rules, and case management flows.
  • Integrate Fenergo with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, Core Banking, Sanctions Screening).
  • Conduct unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Maintain configuration documentation and version control using tools like Git and JIRA.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience configuring Fenergo (Fen-X) using the Fen-X Designer or similar low-code platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and onboarding regulations.
  • Experience with JSON, XML, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience Required: 6-8 years.
