About the Front End Engineer Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite, offering a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces. Specifically, this role requires prior experience working with Apple, ensuring a deep understanding of the quality and design standards expected in high-tier tech environments. As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining user-friendly and responsive web applications. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. You will be responsible for implementing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated front-end components using React, HTML5, CSS, ES6, and TypeScript.
- Implement user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly intuitive and accessible to a diverse user base.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex mockups and prototypes into functional, high-performance code.
- Build and consume robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless data integration and application functionality.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and internal coding standards.
- Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
- Stay abreast of the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to keep our tech stack modern and efficient.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues in a timely manner to maintain application stability and user satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to security best practices, including CSP, XSS prevention, and CSRF handling.
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated UI design experience with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Familiarity with state management and build tools such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Bonus Points
- Experience with advanced state management libraries like Zustand or the Context API.
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Parcel or Vite.
- Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG) to ensure inclusive web experiences.
- Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
- Previous experience in a large-scale enterprise environment, particularly within the technology sector.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
