Role Overview

The Icertis Administrator will be a pivotal member of the enterprise applications team, focusing on the lifecycle management of contracts through the Icertis platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and the technical proficiency to manage a complex, integrated environment. The Icertis platform is a sophisticated tool that requires a high level of expertise to manage effectively. As an Icertis Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, ensuring that our contract management processes are as efficient and secure as possible. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, from legal experts to sales professionals, and your work will have a direct impact on the company’s ability to manage its contracts and mitigate risk. This role is not just about technical administration; it’s about understanding the business processes that drive our organization and using technology to support them.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage the end-to-end administration of the Icertis platform, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
  • Configuration & Customization: Design and implement contract templates, clause libraries, complex workflows, and automated approval matrices to streamline legal and procurement operations.
  • Integration Management: Oversee and support critical integrations with upstream and downstream systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information.
  • Release Management: Lead the evaluation of new Icertis releases, perform impact analysis, and manage the testing and deployment cycles across sandbox and production environments.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, resolving platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop advanced reports and executive dashboards to provide visibility into contract cycle times, compliance metrics, and vendor performance.

You will be expected to provide strategic guidance on how to best leverage the Icertis platform to meet our business goals. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, improving data quality, and enhancing the user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the platform is integrated with our other core systems, such as SAP and Salesforce, to provide a seamless end-to-end experience for our users. Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
