Position Summary
Mango Analytics is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in mobile development, specifically iOS, to lead complex integration projects in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid role requiring local candidates who can balance onsite collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in the IT industry, with at least five years dedicated to project management within Agile environments. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile and backend integrated solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects involving iOS/Android mobile apps and backend microservices.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage global Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle (SDLC) for iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with Swift, iOS architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM), and API consumption.
- Strong knowledge of middle-tier systems, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and release management processes.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable workstreams for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of total experience in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Proven track record of managing integrated mobile and backend deliveries.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams in an Agile framework.
- A technical background as a developer or tech lead prior to moving into project management is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year
