Position Summary
Centraprise is looking for a talented Full Stack Java Developer with specialized experience in React and Redux to join our project team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is designed for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of both backend enterprise logic and modern frontend state management. This is a Day 1 onsite requirement, offering the opportunity to work directly with our client’s engineering leadership and contribute to high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
- Manage complex application state using Redux, implementing efficient data flow patterns and middleware.
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
Technical Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, specifically with the React ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Redux for state management in large-scale applications.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM, Yarn).
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and NoSQL solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
