Job Overview
We are seeking a Kinaxis Rapid Response Support Analyst to join our team for a hybrid contract position in Boston, MA. This role is crucial for supporting demand and supply planning operations, with a strong emphasis on integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Kinaxis Rapid Response system.
- Assist with demand and supply planning processes.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work independently to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
- Strong experience with system integrations.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with Golang is a plus.
