Position Overview: Mid-level Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a talented Mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for a professional with 5-6 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that enhance our Sales and Service Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to meet evolving business requirements and optimize user workflows.
- Design and implement complex integration patterns to connect Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to deliver incremental value through two-week sprints.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the Salesforce instance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system architecture diagrams.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to provide recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
Technical Requirements and Certifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience on the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Apex (3+ years) and Lightning Web Components (1+ year).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Active Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework is essential.
