Position Overview
We are looking for a visionary .Net Full Stack Tech Lead to spearhead our development efforts in San Francisco and San Ramon. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a deep technical foundation in the Microsoft stack and extensive experience in cloud-native architecture using Azure. As a Tech Lead, you will not only write code but also shape the technical roadmap, mentor a team of talented engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable software solutions within the Investment Management domain.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Navigate all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for executing high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that architectural decisions align with long-term business objectives.
- Team Mentorship & Agile Management: Lead and mentor an agile development team. You will manage backlogs using JIRA, oversee release activities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Hands-on Development: Provide daily oversight of design, testing, and planning. You will remain hands-on in C#, .NET Core, and React development, setting the standard for code quality and performance.
- Cloud & SaaS Transition: Drive the transition of legacy systems to SaaS and cloud-based solutions. This involves leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and Active Directory to build modern, secure, and resilient applications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in roadmap planning sessions with project managers and key stakeholders. You will present status updates to steering committees and leadership groups, effectively communicating technical risks and progress.
Technical Stack & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in web application development. Expertise in C#, REST APIs, .NET Core, and Entity Framework is essential. On the frontend, you must be proficient in React, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and JavaScript. A strong background in SQL development, including complex procedures and triggers, is required. Furthermore, you must demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps (ADO). Industry experience in Investment Management is highly preferred, as it provides the necessary context for the complex financial data and regulatory requirements our systems handle.

Only Local to CA; Only Genuine 12+ years experience; Investment Management domain preferred; Onsite requirement in SF/San Ramon.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $190,000 – $260,000 per year (Estimated)
