  • Administer network security through the configuration of Azure Firewalls, Palo Alto virtual appliances, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
  • Optimize network traffic using Azure Route Tables, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways to ensure high availability and low latency for critical applications.
  • Perform deep-dive log analysis and network troubleshooting using tools like Azure Flow Logs and Network Watcher to identify and remediate connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate business requirements into technical network specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topology, IP addressing schemes, and security policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Advanced Azure networks, specifically with ExpressRoute and Site-to-Site VPN technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in core networking protocols including TCP/UDP, IP, DNS, NAT, and VLANs.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall policy management and security rule orchestration in a hybrid cloud context.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate or Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Expertise in network troubleshooting methodologies and the ability to interpret complex packet captures and system logs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional IT team.

This role is strictly onsite in Burlington, MA, and we are prioritizing local candidates who can commute to the office daily.
