Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage, configure, monitor, and support our enterprise and data center network infrastructure in a production environment. This role requires hands-on operational support for Cisco APIC/ACI environments, including day-to-day administration and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the Spine-Leaf network architecture, ensuring high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SD-WAN solutions, including policy management, routing, traffic steering, and failover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, monitor, and support enterprise and data center network infrastructure in a production environment.
- Provide hands-on operational support for Cisco APIC / ACI environments, including day-to-day administration and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Spine-Leaf network architecture, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, including policy management, routing, traffic steering, and failover.
- Install, configure, and maintain: Core, Edge, and Access switches; Enterprise routers; Firewalls; Wireless Access Points and controllers.
- Administer and support WAN acceleration technologies and optimize WAN performance.
- Perform network provisioning, configuration changes, upgrades, and patching while following change management procedures.
- Proactively monitor network health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, and data center environments, performing root cause analysis.
- Ensure network security and compliance by implementing best practices and approved standards.
- Collaborate with server, storage, security, and application teams during projects, deployments, and incident resolution.
- Support network-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required to support business operations.
- Assist with network audits, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for network optimization and reliability improvements.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Cisco APIC/ACI, Spine Leaf architecture, SD WAN, routing and switching (/L3), BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, firewalls, wireless access points, WAN technologies.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis for connectivity and performance issues.
- Experience monitoring network performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of network security concepts, firewall policies, and access control.
- Ability to create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience working in onsite enterprise and data center environments with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting 24/7 production environments.
- Exposure to change management and ITSM processes.
- Comfortable participating in on-call or afterhours support.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Cisco ACI Certification, SDWAN Certification, Azure Networking, Cisco Meraki

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
