Role: Oracle AIDP Architect

Senior Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP) Architect with 12 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data lakehouse solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. This role involves leading the end-to-end AIDP OCI Object Storage architecture for an HR data archival program, handling large volumes of structured and unstructured HR data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end AIDP OCI Object Storage architecture for HR data archival program.
  • Manage large volumes of structured and unstructured HR data.
  • Define the target-state lakehouse design (Bronze/Silver/Gold), including partitioning strategies, external table patterns, and performance optimization for archival and retrieval workloads.
  • Architect secure source-to-target ingestion pipelines using AIDP Data Integration and PySpark notebooks, ensuring scalability, data quality, reconciliation, and repeatable orchestration.
  • Establish enterprise-grade data governance, including metadata cataloging, lineage, retention, tagging, and audit logging to support compliance and system decommissioning.
  • Drive security-by-design principles, including RBAC/ABAC readiness, encryption, and least-privilege access.
  • Mentor delivery teams while collaborating with HRIT, Security, Legal, and Audit stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
