Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) Developer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is designed for a technical expert with at least 8 years of experience in enterprise Java development, specifically focusing on the Oracle stack. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications in complex corporate environments.
Core Technical Skills
- Oracle ADF Expertise: A minimum of 4-5 years of mandatory experience using Oracle ADF 12c. You should be proficient in using JDeveloper to build and deploy enterprise-grade applications.
- Middleware and Integration: Strong experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BPEL is required to manage service-oriented architectures and business process automation.
- Application Servers: Hands-on experience with WebLogic is essential, though familiarity with JBoss, WebSphere, or Tomcat is also highly valued.
- Database and Backend: Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL is necessary for backend development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- J2EE Technologies: A solid foundation in J2EE and web-based application development is required to support distributed technologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing production incidents and identifying the root cause of complex issues. You will handle production calls and implement code fixes for both enhancements and urgent production problems. A significant portion of the role involves meeting with client business analysts to understand requirements and translating those needs into technical designs. You will be expected to explain requirements and design frameworks to both onsite and offshore team members, ensuring a cohesive development effort. Additionally, you will provide management with timely status updates and utilize appropriate tools to meet project objectives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year
