Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager to lead critical implementations and upgrades for our enterprise clients. This onsite position, based in Cleveland, OH, requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules and robust project management capabilities. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM solutions.
- Oversee full lifecycle implementations, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to final go-live and post-production support.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI to guide technical workstreams and ensure seamless data flow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal quality control, performing regular audits of project deliverables.
- Identify, analyze, and quantify project risks, assumptions, and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, ensuring all milestones are met and financial constraints are respected.
- Facilitate communication between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades and the adoption of new Oracle Cloud features.
Technical Requirements
- Deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for complex integrations.
- Expertise in reporting and analytics tools, specifically BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale system upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Professional Qualifications
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior consultants and managing diverse project staff.
- Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH 44113 on a full-time basis.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year
