Position Summary: Oracle EPCM Consultant (Level 3)
In the evolving world of 2026 financial technology, Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) has become the cornerstone of transparent and auditable financial insights. We are looking for a Level 3 Oracle EPCM Consultant for a 12-month contract in Malvern, PA. This hybrid role requires three days onsite per week and is designed for a professional who possesses lead-level expertise and a deep commitment to technical excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated EPCM models, optimizing cost and revenue allocation drivers to provide clear profitability insights across products and customers.
- Author and tune complex allocation rules and calculation scripts (Calc Manager/Rules) to ensure high performance and traceability.
- Provide high-tier production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive improvements.
- Extend Oracle EPBCS functionality, specifically focusing on the Projects module, including driver configuration and forecast integrations.
- Collaborate with EDMCS owners to manage dimensions and hierarchies, ensuring consistent metadata governance across EPCM and EPBCS environments.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to translate complex cost methodologies into scalable technical designs.
- Operate within an Agile delivery framework, contributing to backlog refinement, story pointing, and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 8-9 years of overall professional experience in EPM/ERP consulting.
- At least 4 years of hands-on expertise in configuring Oracle EPCM models and allocation rules.
- Intermediate proficiency (2+ years) with Oracle EPBCS, including Data Management and security configuration.
- Strong dimensional modeling mindset with a deep understanding of Accounts, Entities, Scenarios, and Versions.
- Experience with EPM Data Management and flat file/API based interfaces.
- Familiarity with Groovy-based rules or equivalent scripting for calculation hardening.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical variances to non-technical business partners.
Preferred Enhancements
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for orchestrating data flows.
- Background in Financial Services or environments with complex cost allocation requirements.
- Certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud or Agile/Scrum (PSM/CSM).

Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
