Position Summary
Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Oracle Financials Cloud Techno-Functional Lead to join our client’s team in Los Angeles, California. This is a high-impact, onsite role located in Century City, requiring a professional who can serve as the primary technical and functional expert on the ground. The successful candidate will lead the configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, ensuring seamless financial operations for the client. This role demands a unique blend of deep functional knowledge in accounting processes and strong technical proficiency in Oracle’s cloud ecosystem tools. As the sole resource on-site, you will be the face of the project, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations directly.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, specifically Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing expert guidance on best practices and system capabilities.
- Design and develop technical solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Manage complex integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Perform functional troubleshooting, system testing, and user training to support successful adoption of the platform.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide leadership in the design of financial reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure the system remains compliant with financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to leverage new Oracle Cloud features and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
- Expertise in Oracle technical tools including SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OIC integration.
- Proven experience in configuring AP, GL, AR, FA, and CM modules within a Cloud environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as a lead resource.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Century City, Los Angeles.
- Experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) or PPM Billing is considered a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
