Role Overview
As a Power Automate Developer, you will act as a key business representative for the Power Automate Platform, driving planning and management for improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Power Apps and automated workflows to streamline operations and integrate solutions across the enterprise.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, Dataverse analysis, and architectural design to create scalable, cost-effective solutions that address both customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- App & Workflow Development: Design and build business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate within an Agile, test-driven environment.
- Solution Design: Develop efficient, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions targeting Microsoft platforms, Azure, and other cloud environments.
- Business Analysis: Conduct Dataverse analysis, architectural design for business cases, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to deliver seamless automation; engage in paired programming and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical guidance for customer operations leveraging knowledge of database tables, data analytics, and workgroup metrics.
- Innovation: Research and refine automation techniques, presenting findings to peers to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Cloud Exposure: Ability to deliver automation solutions within Microsoft Azure and related cloud ecosystems.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development and proactive issue identification/resolution.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate progress clearly and collaborate across functional areas.
- Work Style: Comfortable in a hybrid setting in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 per year (Estimated)
