Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex, high-priority projects or component phases of large programs. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional, departmental, and cross-company teams responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closeout. The role offers a hybrid work model and requires flexibility to work in various locations including Berkeley Heights, NJ; Alpharetta, GA; Frisco, TX; Coral Springs, FL; Milwaukee, WI; and Omaha, NE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the cell’s operational ecosystem and manage the capacity of the work team.
- Participate in capacity and monthly committees defined with the client.
- Manage the product backlog of projects under the management of their cells.
- Responsible for agreeing capacity management with the Client.
- Control resource hours and prepare monthly billing for the client.
- Ensure compliance with the service agreement and SLA.
- Develop action plans and improve indicators.
- Responsible for reporting and dashboarding cell performance and project outcomes.
- Manage problem resolution from assessment to solution selection, including identifying alternatives and contingency plans.
- Adapt quickly to new situations, changes in direction, and alteration of priorities.
- Support the team to resolve impediments that prevent the resolution of User Stories or enablers.
- Work with the scrum master in developing improvement plans and methodological alignment.
- Plan and monitor the operational and methodological improvements of the work team.
- Ensure project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed.
- Manage the project budget, including validating estimates, tracking cost variances, and managing resources.
- Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication of the project.
- Facilitate and manage project communications and expectations of stakeholders, clients, and the project team.
- Act as the focal point between cell teams, internal teams, and client teams.
- Manage projects from original concept to final implementation, liaising with all affected areas.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.
- Track and control hours and present monthly billing details in accordance with the estimated budget.
- Keep track of team absences, and schedule vacations and licenses to mitigate the impact of client commitments.
- Participate in ceremonies: daily, review, retrospective, and planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operational environment.
- Experience preferably in the Banking or Payment Methods industry.
- Scrum Master / Agile Certification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Project Server.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timelines, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
