Project Management Opportunity in Austin, Texas
Dia Software Solutions LLC is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise implementations within the public sector. This 6-month onsite contract in Austin, TX, requires a professional who is not only PMP certified but also deeply familiar with the unique regulatory and operational environment of Texas State Agencies. Core Responsibilities
- Directly manage large-scale enterprise software implementations, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Utilize the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Perform complex business analysis to bridge the gap between technical teams and agency stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress through rigorous risk management practices and advanced project management software.
- Lead process improvement projects involving multiple stakeholder groups with high levels of complexity.
- Prepare for and manage interactions with Texas State Audits (SAO) and Federal entities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Active PMP Certification is mandatory for this role.
- 10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within a Texas State Agency.
- Expertise in MS Project, Visio, and the full MS Office suite for status reporting and documentation.
- Strong background in Texas procurement and contract management processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrixed project environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
