About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python, ServiceNow & Enterprise Solutions Lead II with a strong background in ERP/CRM systems. This role is crucial for driving the development and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions, leveraging Python for backend development and ServiceNow for workflow automation and IT service management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting and delivering complex solutions that integrate various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications and integrations.
- Architect and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of all implemented solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Python, ServiceNow, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI/ML, Gen AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions.
- Develop and maintain production-grade ML/LLM pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Solutions Architect with expertise in Python.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency in building enterprise-scale AI/ML and Gen AI systems.
- Experience with production-grade ML/LLM pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
