About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead with a minimum of 12 years of relevant QA technical experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing frameworks and functional skills in SaaS ERP, CRM applications. This is an onsite position requiring local candidates with a Driver’s License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QA team activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Oversee the execution of test cycles for Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials, and other integration process flows.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of SaaS ERP and CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks.
  • Proficiently use version control systems.
  • Adhere to Agile testing processes.
  • Provide strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP Application concepts.
  • Develop test scripts and test them in modern automation testing frameworks.
  • Conduct API automation testing.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Automation testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
  • Functional skills in SaaS ERP, CRM applications (Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, EPICOR, Salesforce).
  • Experience with the execution of test cycles including Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials, and other Integration process flows.
  • Proficiency with version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing processes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP Application concepts (frontend vs. backend, APIs, frameworks, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of developing test scripts and ability to test scripts in modern automation testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with API automation.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
