Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Test Lead to support a large-scale OMS (Outage Management System) upgrade within a utilities environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep domain expertise in ADMS/OMS systems.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ADMS/OMS systems
- Strong experience with large, complex utility environments
- GE ADMS (v3.11+) strongly preferred
- Proven experience in test strategy & planning, test case creation & execution, and defect management lifecycle
- Ability to work hands-on and lead QA efforts
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Utilities companies (electric/grid/outage systems)
- Experience with OMS / ADMS and Grid systems / outage management
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
NOT A FIT
- Generic QA testers
- No utilities / OMS experience
- Only coordination (no hands-on testing)
