Role Overview: SailPoint Identity IQ Developer
Sysmind is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) Developer for a critical onsite position in Dallas, TX. This role is strictly for a ‘Pure Developer’ and is not a support-oriented position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems using the SailPoint IIQ platform. As we move into 2026, the complexity of identity governance continues to grow, and we require a developer who can navigate intricate workflows and integration challenges with precision.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Depth
- Lead the implementation and customization of SailPoint IIQ modules, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
- Develop and configure Access Request engines, Certification processes, and automated Provisioning workflows.
- Manage the full User Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to streamline permissions and reduce security risks.
- Perform complex application onboarding, creating custom rules, forms, and workflows tailored to specific business needs.
- Utilize web services frameworks and modern technologies including Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, and AJAX.
- Develop robust integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect SailPoint with various target systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and utilize BeanShell or JavaScript for advanced logic within the SailPoint environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in the IAM domain, specifically with SailPoint IIQ. We are looking for a professional who understands the architectural nuances of identity governance. You should have a strong background in Java-based development and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role requires a local candidate in the Dallas area as a face-to-face interview is a mandatory part of the screening process. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of successful SailPoint deployments and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define identity requirements and deliver secure solutions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
