Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Application Developer
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. This is an onsite position.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Headless, PWA Kit, SFRA), Salesforce Order Management (OMS), and related technologies.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop using React JS, Apex, ISML, JS, and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and manage Amplience Content Studio schemas for slot-based content.
- Lead functional communication across engineering, design, and business teams, ensuring design solutions align with platform capabilities and delivery constraints.
- Convert business requirements into clear, platform-aware user stories.
- Drive client alignment, validate requirements, and manage functional tradeoffs.
- Conduct client-facing walkthroughs and demos to confirm business alignment.
- Translate demo feedback into actionable updates and prioritization.
- Define solution approaches with technical teams, balancing business needs and platform limits.
- Design, develop, and deploy modern commerce applications that drive digital transformation and elevate customer experiences across omnichannel environments.
- Build scalable, modular, and API-driven solutions supporting evolving digital commerce platforms, including storefronts, mobile apps, marketplaces, and backend commerce services.
- Requires hands-on expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and integration of commerce-specific services such as product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, cart and checkout, and order management.
- Work closely with architects, UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure commerce applications.
- Implement headless commerce solutions, integrate third-party APIs, and enable real-time personalization and analytics.
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across devices and geographies.
