Job Title: Salesforce Tech Architect
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Tech Architect for an onsite position in Plano, TX. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the overall structure, data models, integrations, security, and user experience for Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a key technical advisor to clients and development teams across various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Translate business needs into functional designs and oversee configuration, coding, and system integration.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for successful implementation.
- Manage and guide development teams in building robust Salesforce solutions.
Core Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry).
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in Apex Development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Configuration.
- Solid understanding of Security & Access Control within Salesforce.
- Experience with Rest API, Connectors, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
- Over 10 years of experience in designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex Salesforce projects, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise. An in-person interview is mandatory for this role.
