Job Description: SAP EWM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes and hands-on experience in EWM implementations. This role is based in NJ but offers a remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized) including Warehouse Structure, Inbound/Outbound Processes, Slotting, Wave Management, Picking, Putaway, RF Framework, and Integration with TM/QM/PP.
  • Design and implement complex warehouse processes (e.g., VAS, Kitting, Cross Docking, Yard Management).
  • Perform integration between SAP EWM and ECC/S/4HANA, as well as with external systems.
  • Conduct user training, go-live support, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Provide functional support and resolve incidents/enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementations and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded) or Decentralized EWM.
  • Experience in at least 2-3 full life-cycle EWM implementations.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Experience in integration with SAP modules (MM, WM, QM, PP, TM).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP EWM Certification.
  • Experience in S/4HANA conversion/migration projects.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
