Role Overview: SAP PEO & Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert
Adventa Tech Inc. is currently seeking a highly specialized Senior SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep focus on Product Engineering and Operations (PEO) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This is a critical 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a major aerospace manufacturing initiative for DXC and Lockheed Martin (DOD). As we move into 2026, the integration of digital threads within the S/4HANA environment has become the gold standard for complex manufacturing, and this role sits at the heart of that transformation.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP PEO and MES solutions within a high-compliance S/4HANA environment.
- Establish and maintain a single digital thread from initial design through to final production, ensuring data integrity across the lifecycle.
- Facilitate complex blueprinting sessions and process mapping workshops to align business requirements with technical system specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PLM, Production Planning (PP), and technical developers to ensure seamless data flow.
- Oversee validation and testing protocols specifically tailored for aerospace manufacturing standards and Department of Defense (DOD) compliance.
- Drive change management initiatives and provide expert-level training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates of new manufacturing processes.
- Provide post-implementation stabilization support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production efficiency.
Required Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments.
- At least 8-10 years of dedicated experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and PEO modules.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes and the latest PEO functionalities.
- Demonstrated experience in the aerospace and defense sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific compliance and quality standards.
- Strong background in integrating SAP with external MES and PLM applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital twin of the product is perfectly reflected in the physical manufacturing process, reducing waste and increasing the speed of delivery for critical defense assets. Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
