Job Title: Senior Cyber Security IAM / PAM Architect (Secret Server & Privilege Management)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security IAM / PAM Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager across enterprise environments. This is a long-term contract position with a C2C/W2 employment type, located onsite in Lake Forest, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Delinea PAM solutions, demonstrating hands-on technical use cases.
- Architect secure secret management workflows, including heartbeat, RPC, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Implement endpoint privilege management to enforce least privilege without granting administrative rights.
- Integrate Delinea with critical identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure PIM.
- Enable secure remote access (SRA) using VPNless solutions like Delinea PRA.
- Automate the discovery and onboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, and network devices.
- Configure session monitoring and recording for high-risk privileged access activities to ensure compliance and security.
- Integrate Delinea with SIEM (Sentinel) and ITSM (ServiceNow) for comprehensive auditing and lifecycle management.
- Generate compliance reports, support internal and external audits, and remediate privileged access security gaps.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure PIM.
- Familiarity with SIEM (e.g., Sentinel) and ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow) integration.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and network device account management.
- Understanding of secure remote access solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or Delinea certifications) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM and PAM.
