Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI architectures, and Python-based AI development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI systems, integrating large language models, and developing intelligent agents to automate complex workflows.
Healthcare data experience such as clinical, payer, provider, or healthcare analytics solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Build intelligent Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- LLM Integration & Architecture
- Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
- Implement vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems to support RAG architectures.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and optimize model responses.
- Healthcare Data Solutions
- Work with healthcare datasets including EHR, claims, clinical, and operational data when applicable.
- Build AI models to support healthcare analytics, automation, and decision support.
- AI Engineering & Optimization
- Develop and maintain high-performance AI pipelines with strong data processing capabilities.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, product teams, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong AI/ML engineering background.
- Hands-on experience with AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Strong Python programming experience for AI/ML development.
- Experience building Agentic AI systems or AI agents using modern frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI system design and scalable architectures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Healthcare Domain / Healthcare Data Platforms.
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI deployments.
- Experience working with Databricks, AI pipelines, or large-scale data processing.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year
