Job Overview:
Vyze Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Business Analyst with expertise in Production and Planning (PTM) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules. This is a critical, urgent role focused on leading SAP initiatives within manufacturing and supply chain operations. The position is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire (CTH) based in Golden, Colorado, requiring approximately 25% travel. Candidates must be local to Colorado, possess a LinkedIn profile, and have significant domain experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP PTM and PP/DS functionalities, encompassing production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and master data management.
- Effectively translate complex business requirements from supply chain, manufacturing, and IT departments into actionable SAP configurations and functional solutions.
- Lead and support comprehensive end-to-end testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure system accuracy and performance.
- Assist in critical data migration activities, enforce master data governance policies, and develop thorough process documentation to support system implementation and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical SAP capabilities, providing clear communication and strategic guidance.
- Drive process improvements within planning and execution by leveraging SAP functionalities.
- Integrate SAP systems with existing manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant shop floor technologies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of overall Business Analyst experience.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of specialized SAP experience, with a strong preference for PP/DS or PTM module expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing integration within an SAP environment.
- Proven experience with SAP configuration, system testing methodologies, and master data governance best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder due to ITAR compliance requirements.
- Must be local to the Golden, Colorado area.
- Must possess a valid LinkedIn profile.
